What we do

Six disciplines, run by one accountable practice.

Most businesses assemble this from four separate providers who never speak to each other. KAD Consulting holds all six, so the tax position, the payroll and the strategy are built on the same set of numbers.

  • 01

    Strategy

Where the business is going, what has to be true for it to get there, and what it will cost. We turn intent into a plan a bank, a board or a funder will take seriously.

    • Business planning
    • Growth modelling
    • Funder and board packs
    • Scenario analysis
  • 02

    Finance

Cash flow, capital structure and funding, handled with the same rigour as the year-end. You should know what the business can afford before you commit to it, not after.

    • Cash flow forecasting
    • Management accounts
    • Funding applications
    • Budget control
  • 03

    Accounting

Books that are accurate, current and ready for any question a bank, a buyer or SARS may ask. Monthly discipline rather than an annual scramble.

    • Monthly bookkeeping
    • Annual financial statements
    • Reconciliations
    • Cloud accounting setup
  • 04

    Tax

Compliance filed correctly and on time, and the business structured so it pays what is due and nothing beyond it. Deadlines are tracked on our side, not yours.

    • Company and personal returns
    • VAT
    • Provisional tax
    • SARS correspondence
  • 05

    Payroll

Staff paid on time and correctly, with every statutory submission filed behind it. Payroll is the fastest way to lose a team's trust, so it is run to a fixed monthly cycle.

    • Monthly payroll runs
    • Payslips and reporting
    • EMP201 and EMP501
    • UIF and SDL
  • 06

    Investment

Structure around surplus capital: where it sits, what it is expected to earn, what it is exposed to, and how often it gets reviewed. Analysis first, never a product pitch.

    • Portfolio structuring
    • Risk assessment
    • Review cycles

Founder’s statement

“Uncompromising strategy requires direct, hands-on leadership.”

In today’s market, business leaders and private investors face a persistent dilemma: large corporate advisories delegate critical engagements to junior teams, while traditional accounting firms focus narrowly on historical reporting rather than forward-looking strategy. KAD Consulting was founded to eliminate this disconnect.

We operate on a simple principle: financial discipline and operational clarity belong together. True risk mitigation goes beyond regulatory compliance—it requires building resilient frameworks that protect capital while giving decision-makers the confidence to scale.

When you partner with KAD Consulting, you receive uncompromised independence, high-level financial oversight, and direct founder accountability. I remain personally invested in your strategic objectives, ensuring every insight is tailored, objective, and engineered for long-term enterprise value.

How we work

Three stages, no surprises.

Every engagement follows the same sequence, whether it is a single tax return or a full finance function.

STAGE 01

Understand

A working session on the business, the current records and what you actually need decided. You leave it knowing where you stand.

STAGE 02

Structure

A written scope with fixed fees, deadlines and responsibilities. Records are brought current and the reporting cycle is set up.

STAGE 03

Execute

Monthly delivery against that scope, with submissions filed on time and a short review at each cycle so nothing accumulates.

Client feedback

What working with the practice looks like.

“Our books were eighteen months behind. They were current inside a quarter, and the bank finally had something to look at.”

“The tax position was explained to me in a way I could act on. That had not happened with the previous accountant in six years.”

“Payroll runs without me touching it, and every submission has been on time since the handover.”
